Feel free to reach out with any questions you don’t see answered in my FAQ. My goal is to make photo memories accessible to everyone, and I’m here to help ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable!

What is the process for booking?To book a session, simply reach out to me through my contact page. I’ll follow up so we can discuss your vision and preferred dates. Once we’re aligned, I’ll send over a contract and require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to secure your date. You may reschedule up to 3 times, but after the third reschedule, an additional 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to keep your session date. Any rescheduling needed on my end won’t count toward your rescheduling limit.

Do you offer discounts?Yes! I offer a 15% discount for sessions paid in cash. Returning clients receive 10% off their next booked session if scheduled within six months. These discounts can be combined for a total of 25% off! You must ask for the discounts at the time of booking.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes, I do allow payment plans if you can’t make the deposit on the same day. However, please note that full payment is required by the day of your session. Once you pay 50% of the total cost, that amount is considered a nonrefundable deposit, and if you need to cancel your session, unfortunately, that deposit will not be refunded. Of course, sessions can be rescheduled up to 3 times if needed.

How long will it take to receive our photos?All sessions, except for mini sessions, come with sneak peeks to tide your excitement over! The full gallery delivery timeframe depends on the session type. You can find specific delivery times on my Investment page, listed under each session option. This way, you’ll know just what to expect for your booking!

What if it rains on our session day?I keep a close eye on the weather forecast and check it 48 hours before our session. If rain is expected, we have two options: we can reschedule for another day, or move to an indoor studio location for an additional fee.

Do you travel and what's your fees?Yes, I do travel! Travel is free up to 45 minutes from Eugene, Oregon. Beyond that, I charge $0.70 per mile roundtrip. Occasionally, I offer mini sessions outside of Eugene with no travel fees, so be sure to follow me on Instagram to catch these announcements in my stories!

Will you edit in a different style than your current style?No, I won’t edit in a different style than my own. My editing style reflects my personal artistry and vision, so I stay true to it in every session. I also believe in capturing genuine moments, so I don’t retouch blemishes or alter appearances. My goal is to provide natural, authentic images that reflect you as you are!

Do you offer RAW images?I don’t provide raw images for typical sessions, as my editing style is an essential part of the final product. However, I do offer raw files for fellow photographers booking branding, family, maternity, or similar sessions who wish to edit in their own style for personal or professional use.
